We had a great time warming up Robbie and his band on friday, for those of you who haven't heard him definitely check his stuff out. Thanks to everyone who came out for that show, and to Tom Sullivan of The 400 for all of his support.

The Spokes will be opening the show for (The Corb Lund Band) out of Canada
on Thursday August 28th, This promises to be a fantastic show so come down to The 400 Bar for a good old boot stompin neck blushing time. 9 p.m.

THE RANT.

If you forgot to tune into (WMGT 1220 khz AM) on Saturday afternoons from 2-4 pm for The Other Side Of Country with Jack K Sparks, then you missed the boat!… it was the ONLY alt country radio show in town worth listening to and now it is gone. (For Now We Hope!) "Where are ya Jack?" However if real old time classic country is your bag, a guy by the name of Ken Hippler also runs a show on Saturday afternoons called Good 'n' Country on (KFAI 90.30 & 106.70 mhz FM). His show is a blast and airs from 1-3pm… Tune in!
Last but not least, and if you don't know this, ya don't know shit, Blue Grass Saturday Morning Hosted by Phil Nusbaum airs from 7am to 12pm on Saturday mornings.(KBEM 88.50 mhz FM) "What the hell would us hillbilly folk do without public radio?" Please support your Local Stations!! ........... Thanks......
